Program description

Bonobos Home Automation sends text messages to customers and project contacts who opt in. Messages cover appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, project updates, service call follow-ups and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website form, or by agreeing in writing on a proposal or service agreement. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project and appointments.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.

Opt out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. You’ll get one confirmation text that you’ve been unsubscribed, and we won’t text you again unless you opt back in. To rejoin, reply START or ask us.
