• Information from our work with you: proposals, scheduling, service history and system details needed to install and support your system.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and give you a quote.
• To schedule, perform and support your project or service call.
• To send you messages about your project, appointments and service.

Text messages (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your phone number only with service providers that help us deliver our messages and services (for example, our phone and messaging provider), and never so they can market to you.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business (website hosting, email, phone, scheduling and project software), only as needed to provide those services.
• Subcontractors working on your project, such as our electrical partner Bonbon Electric, only as needed to do the work.
• Others when required by law.

Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we limit access to people who need it to do their job.

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: ask us to stop and we will.
• Access or deletion: email us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents may make these requests too.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
